Thursday evenings are reserved for a dinner date or eating out at a restaurant, while Fridays alternate between spending time at each other’s family homes or socializing with friends. They plan two or three annual trips to popular destinations like Cox’s Bazar or Sajek to break the monotony.
Weekends are dedicated to household chores and grocery shopping, carried out together to prepare for the busy week ahead. Their routine is steady, stable, and far from ostentatious.
Looking ahead, they envision their combined monthly income growing to around 70,000 to 80,000 taka in two to three years, with savings reaching three to four lakh taka, enabling them to make long-term plans and investments.
