If no new contract is initiated, the system marks the agreement as “terminated” and notifies both the HRSD and the Ministry of Interior to ensure full transparency and regulatory compliance.

Expatriates and other employees can now access free official documentation via the Qiwa Individuals account, including:
- Salary Definition Certificate (for current employment)
- Service Certificate (for previous employment)
